Усходняе Саксонскае Каралеўства (стар.-англ. Ēast Seaxna Rīce) — адно з сямі каралеўстваў так званай англасаксонскай гептархіі.

Эсекс быў заснаваны ў пачатку VI стагоддзя ў паўднёва-ўсходняй Англіі на тэрыторыі сучасных графстваў Эсекс, Хартфардшыр і Мідлсекс, а таксама ў кароткі перыяд - Кент. Каралі Эсекса нярэдка былі васаламі іншых кіраўнікоў. Так, апошні кароль - Сігерэд - перадаў дзяржаву каралю Уэсекса Эгберту.
