Флаг представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище, состоящее из трёх разновеликих горизонтальных полос красного, белого и зелёного цветов, несущее в центре изображение жёлтого снопа, составленного из 16 колосьев, поверх основания которого проходит белая полоса, обременённая чёрными ромбами, примыкающими одной из сторон к нижнему краю белой полосы.

Соотношение ширины полос к ширине флага соответственно 5/8, 1/8 и 2/8.

Отношение ширины флага к его длине 2:3
