Сеу́та (ісп.: Ceuta, [θewta]) — іспанскі горад на ўзбярэжжы Паўночнай Афрыкі, мяжуе з Гібралтарскім пралівам. Іспанскі эксклаў, уваходзіць у склад Еўрапейскага Саюза, не ўваходзіць у НАТА, карыстаецца пэўнымі асаблівымі правамі — выключана з мытнай тэрыторыі Саюза ў адпаведнасці з Мытным кодэксам Саюза, таксама не ўваходзіць у Шэнгенскую зону.

З 1415 года знаходзілася пад партугальскай, пазней пад іспанскім уладай; пасля атрымання незалежнасці Марока ў 1956 годзе Сеута і Мелілья, якая таксама размешчана ў Паўночнай Афрыцы, заставаліся іспанскімі. Хоць Марока захоўвае свае тэрытарыяльныя прэтэнзіі на абодва гарады, ніякіх канкрэтных крокаў для іх забеспячэння не было зроблена. З 1995 года Сеута і Мелілья маюць статус аўтаномных гарадоў (ciudad autonoma), што дае ім некаторыя паўнамоцтвы аўтаномных супольнасцей. З 1993 года Сеута мае памежную агароджу з Марока для прадухілення іміграцыі ў ЕС.

Геаграфія

Плошча — 18,5 км², размешчаны на ўскрайку паўвострава на заходнім мараканскім узбярэжжы Міжземнага мора. Мае сухапутную мяжу з Марока, знаходзіцца прыкладна за 21 км ад Пірэнейскага паўвострава. Мае паромныя зносіны з Альхесірасам. Найбліжэйшы буйны горад на мараканскай тэрыторыі — Тэтуан знаходзіцца прыкладна за 40 км на поўдзень.

Гісторыя

З 1993 года ў Сеуце пабудаваны памежная сцяна з Марока для прадухілення іміграцыі ў ЕС. У 1995 годзе сцяна была падоўжана, у 2005 годзе яе вышыня павялічылася з трох да шасці метраў. Агульная даўжыня агароджы дасягнула 24 км у 2008 годзе. З 2005 года паўтараліся крытычныя сітуацыі, калі вялікія групы людзей спрабавалі перасекчы сцяну.

У канцы ліпеня 2026 года на працягу некалькіх дзён шматлікія групы людзей пераплылі з мараканскага боку ў Сеуту. Паводле ацэнак, колькасць незаконных мігрантаў у Сеўту дасягнула 49 000 чалавек, большасць з іх — 30 ліпеня. Згодна з заявай рэгіянальнага прэзідэнта Хуана Хесуса Віваса ад 31 ліпеня апоўдні, у Сеуту з Марока прыбыла 60 000 чалавек.
