Пшаніца[6] (Triticum) — род травяністых, галоўным чынам аднагадовых, раслін сямейства Злакі, вядучая збожжавая культура ў шматлікіх краінах, у тым ліку і Беларусі.

Значэнне і выкарыстанне

Мука з зерняў пшаніцы ідзе на выпяканне хлеба, выраб макаронных і кандытарскіх вырабаў. Пшаніца таксама выкарыстоўваецца як кармавая культура, уваходзіць у некаторыя рэцэпты прыгатавання піва і гарэлкі.
